Night in Jerusalem: An Evening of Boutique Israeli Wines, Art & Music

Hosted by Jerusalem Israeli Gift Shop & Congregation Mikveh Israel

August 21, 2025 - 6:00 to 8:30PM

Join us for a special evening featuring boutique wines from top Israeli vineyards presented by expert Sommeliers. Alongside these wines will be a live exhibition from acclaimed Israeli artist P. Moshe Shamah.

Jerusalem Israeli Gift Shop

Established over four decades ago, the Jerusalem Israeli Gift Shop is a cherished family‑owned Judaica and kosher wine store serving Philadelphia’s Northeast community. Since its founding by Rachel and Amram Gabay (ZL), this store has built a reputation for carrying unique Israeli imports and ritual items—all in a welcoming, personal environment. Locals frequently describe the business as a “little piece of Jerusalem in Philadelphia.”

The Jerusalem Israeli Gift Shop has recently had the opportunity to become a distributor of new boutique Israeli wines, helping bring the rich flavors and stories of these vineyards to new audiences in the U.S.

In the wake of the October 7th attacks, Israeli vineyards continue to face serious challenges. Now more than ever, it's vital to support these local businesses and help sustain their ability to share their craft with the world.

Through an evening of music, wine, and art, we aim to raise awareness and celebrate the enduring spirit of Israeli resilience, creativity, and entrepreneurship—values that have defined the nation since its founding.

If you are interested in any of the wines in larger quantities, Jerusalem Israeli Gift Shop delivers! Please call (215) 342-1452 or email jgoldstein@mikvehisrael.org for more information.
